If you are having trouble logging in, check the following troubleshooting steps.
- Check that you have an account created online. Go to office.instoredoes.com and try logging in. If you cannot login, you can reset your password. You can also create an account.
- On the iPad, you can reset the password for you account. Check your email for instructions on resetting your password after a password reset email is sent.
- Check that your iPad is connected to the internet. Instore requires an internet connection to verify that your account exists.
